SAD’s future leaders gather in Puerto Rico

South Atlantic Division Regional Leadership Development Program participants tour a military construction site on Camp Santiago in Puerto Rico. As part of the SAD RLDP visit to the Caribbean District in late February 2026, participants gained a firsthand look at how the Corps of Engineers delivers critical construction projects to support military readiness across the Caribbean. The group moved through the active work zone to examine construction activities, site preparation, and modernization work underway across the installation. The tour was one of several field engagements during the RLDP’s weeklong immersion in the Caribbean District’s mission, projects, and unique operating environment.
