Caribbean District prepares for 2026 Hurricane Season with multi-day exercise

Patricia Fontanet Rodríguez, chief of Emergency Management for the Caribbean District, points out the path of a fictional hurricane during the Caribbean District’s 2026 Hurricane Tabletop Exercise in San Juan, Puerto Rico, June 9–10.
