USACE connects with industry to prepare for major Guajataca Dam repairs

Contractors listen as representatives from the USACE Latin America & Caribben District explain the scope and size of the Guajataca Dam Permanent Repair Project. The district briefed contractors during a two-day Industry Outreach Event that took place July 28-29, 2026, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The event provided technical information on upcoming repair and construction requirements for the dam and was part of a USACE effort to prepare industry partners for two major contract opportunities.
