Puerto Rico, Sept 04, 2025 – As part of a week-long visit to the Caribbean District, Brig. Gen. Zachary L. Miller, USACE South Atlantic Division Commanding General visited “El Ultimo Trolley” beach at Ocean Park neighborhood. This location is one of the areas of interest where coastal surge floods local communities along the coastline of San Juan.
