Puerto Rico, Sept 04, 2025 – The Caribbean District provided Brig. Gen. Zachary L. Miller, USACE South Atlantic Division Commanding General an onsite brief of the already completed San Juan Harbor Project as part of the week-long visit to Puerto Rico. The San Juan Harbor Project consisted of dredging and deepening of the main navigational channel that aimed at upgrading the harbor to accommodate larger vessels that import and export goods to the island and meet the demands of the growing global and local economy.
