Puerto Rico, Sept 02, 2025 - Brig. Gen. Zachary L. Miller, USACE South Atlantic Division Commanding General and Charles L Decker, Caribbean District Commander hosted a townhall meeting at the Caribbean District Headquarters in San Juan. To conclude the townhall Brig. Gen. Miller presented the distinguish U.S. ARMY ENGINEER ASSOCIATION BRONZE ORDER OF THE DE FLEURY MEDAL to Maricarmen Crespo, Chief of Construction and Chad Gullan, Chief of Engineering from the Caribbean District. The U.S. Army Engineer Association's Bronze Order of the de Fleury Medal recognizes individuals who have provided significant service and support to the U.S. Army Engineer Regiment over a sustained period, demonstrating leadership and dedication over many years and exceeding the expectations of their peers.
