SAD’s future leaders gather in Puerto Rico

South Atlantic Division Regional Leadership Development Program (SAD RLDP) participants gather outside the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Caribbean District headquarters during their February 2026 visit to Puerto Rico. As part of the weeklong RLDP immersion, RLDP participants spent time learning from district leadership, touring infrastructure and military construction projects, building relationships, and deepening their understanding of the Caribbean District and its regional challenges.
